Chocolate Cake with Dulce de Leche


Chocolate Cake
3 eggs
3 dl powdered sugar
2 dl wheat flour
5 teaspoons cocoa
1 krm vanilla powder
150 grams of butter
2 jars of Raffolaits Dulce de Leche (sold at Willys and Hemköp)

2 dl peanuts
150 grams of dark chocolate


1. Set oven to 175 degrees. Melt the butter and allow to cool. Whisk eggs and sugar.

2. Mix the dry ingredients and gently stir in the batter. Add the melted butter. Stir.

3. Pour half of the chocolate cake batter into a greased and breaded form. Then spread out Dulce de Leche and finish with the rest of the chocolate cake.

4. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. Let cool slightly.

5. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix down the chopped peanuts. Top the chocolate cake with the melted chocolate and peanuts.
